Comprehensive Functional Medicine Intake
60 minutes · video · for Lyme, chronic illness, hormone optimization, gut and fatigue, intracellular infections
Includes pre-visit intake review, comprehensive lab orders, 60-minute visit, written summary, initial protocol. Paid at booking.
Targeted Therapy Intake
30 minutes · video · for GLP-1, B12 series, single-issue protocols
Single-issue protocols. Includes pre-visit intake review, targeted labs, focused visit, prescription. Paid at booking.
Follow-up visit
20 to 30 minutes · video · protocol adjustments, refills, monitoring
Cadence varies by protocol. Both tiers use the same follow-up rate.
Acute issue visit
15 to 20 minutes · video · for established patients only

We order conservatively. Specialty labs are not insurance-covered, but they answer questions standard panels can’t. We tell you why we’re ordering each one.

What we don’t charge for
A few things on the house.
- · Quick portal messages. Reasonable patient questions between visits, no charge. Anything that turns into a clinical decision becomes a follow-up visit.
- · Lab result review. The interpretation is part of your visit fee. We don’t bill separately for sending you the explainer.
- · Refill renewals during your protocol. Routine refills don’t require a new charge unless we’re changing the dose or formula.
- · Honest answers about whether we’re the right fit. If your situation calls for a different specialist or conventional care first, we’ll tell you. Inside your initial visit, before you commit to a protocol.

Why do you charge for the first visit? +
Because the visit takes 30 to 60 minutes (depending on tier) and we actually do the work during it. We do not run a 15-minute pitch and try to convert you into a paying patient. We do a comprehensive intake, review your history and labs, and build a real plan. That deserves payment, and the people who book a paid initial visit are people who are serious about getting well. -
Do you offer payment plans? +
Not for visits. We accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, ACH, and Apple/Google Pay. For longer protocols (Lyme, GLP-1), we publish what monthly costs look like upfront so you can decide before you start. -
Do you take insurance? +
Not currently. We are working through credentialing for select Utah commercial plans, target Q3 2026. Some standard labs (CBC, CMP, lipids, thyroid) are insurance-billable through LabCorp or Quest depending on your plan. Functional/specialty labs and visits are cash-pay. -
What if I need to reschedule? +
No charge if you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day reschedule or no-show forfeits the visit fee. We can be flexible for genuine emergencies, just let us know. -
Are there hidden costs? +
No. The full cost picture for any protocol (visits, labs, medications, supplements) is published before you start. We will tell you what a realistic monthly budget looks like for your situation. Surprise bills are not how we operate.
Initial visit · $250 targeted or $450 comprehensive

We’ll text you within one business day to confirm care path and pricing tier. Then we send your detailed intake form and, after your provider reviews it, a lab order. You draw labs, then we meet for your initial visit (paid at booking) where we cover your story, review your labs, and build your protocol in one go.
