Cash-pay today, with no subscription traps. You’ll always know what a visit costs before you book. Labs, medications, and supplements are billed separately and vary by protocol.

First visit
45 minutes · video · comprehensive intake, lab review, and initial protocol design
No new-patient premium. Includes pre-visit review of what you send us, the visit itself, lab orders where indicated, and a written summary. Labs and medications are billed separately and quoted before we order. Paid at booking.
Every visit after
30 minutes · video · follow-up, dose adjustments, ongoing care
The same $200 as your first visit. No discount for being established, no surprise fee for being new.
If a visit needs more time
It becomes a second visit, not a longer one
Short and frequent beats one long visit and then nothing for six months. You come back as often as the work actually needs, rather than as often as the price allows.

B12 for energy and methylation support, given in person to established patients once our clinic opens.
All visits are currently by telehealth for adults located in Utah and California. California patients are seen by Rayna Fowler, FNP-C. Our American Fork clinic is in development, and we’ll share an opening date once it’s confirmed.

Lab pricing.
We order conservatively. Specialty labs are not insurance-covered, but they answer questions standard panels can’t. We tell you why we’re ordering each one.

What we don’t charge for
A few things on the house.
- · Quick portal messages. Reasonable patient questions between visits, no charge. Anything that turns into a clinical decision becomes a follow-up visit.
- · Lab result review. The interpretation is part of your visit fee. We don’t bill separately for sending you the explainer.
- · Refill renewals during your protocol. Routine refills don’t require a new charge unless we’re changing the dose or formula.
- · Honest answers about whether we’re the right fit. If your situation calls for a different specialist or conventional care first, we’ll tell you. Inside your initial visit, before you commit to a protocol.

Why do you charge for the first visit? +
Because we do the work during it rather than running a 15-minute pitch. The free consult is there so you can decide whether we are a fit before you pay anything. -
Do you offer payment plans? +
Not for visits, and at $200 they are small enough that most people do not need one. We accept HSA and FSA cards, all major credit cards, ACH, and Apple or Google Pay. For longer protocols we publish what monthly costs look like before you start. -
Do you take insurance? +
No. Visits are cash-pay. Some standard labs (CBC, CMP, lipids, thyroid) are insurance-billable through LabCorp or Quest depending on your plan. Functional and specialty labs are cash-pay. -
What if I need to reschedule? +
No charge if you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day reschedule or no-show forfeits the visit fee. We can be flexible for genuine emergencies, just let us know. -
Are there hidden costs? +
No. The full cost picture for any protocol (visits, labs, medications, supplements) is published before you start. We will tell you what a realistic monthly budget looks like for your situation. Surprise bills are not how we operate.

We’ll text you within one business day to confirm care path and pricing tier. Then we send your detailed intake form and, after your provider reviews it, a lab order. You draw labs, then we meet for your initial visit (paid at booking) where we cover your story, review your labs, and build your protocol in one go.
